We have been begging the industy for someone to step forward and provide an affordable option in thermal imaging and AGM has done an outstanding job bringing to market the Rattler series. As with any products of this caliber, it is inevitable that there can be a small hiccup here or there with the amount of technology, lenses, and build materials in these scopes. Unfortunately, my unit was one of the that had a software glitch that was unable to be resolved over the phone with Sky at technical support. After some determination that the unit needed to be sent in, I immediately was sent an RMA and within a week, I received the unit back in perfect working order. You a can tell a lot about a company based upon how true their word is by honoring and standing behind their product when something may go sideways. I will be a life long AGM customer moving foward based upon the excellent customer service and promptness to get me back up and running. Thank you AGM!

Firmware updates are amazing!!!

What a quality optic... ive used it for night hog hunting, day time hunting, the Firmware updates that continuously make the scope better and more feature rich are amazing im so glad I trusted AGM with my money it was well spent.
