Return Policy

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, a store credit, or full refund. If you have return inquiries more than 30 days after receipt, please contact our customer service for possible repair, store credit, or replacement.

Please be aware that all returns are subject to AGM Global Vision Return Conditions. Return Conditions: Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used or broken), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once complete, follow the provided return instructions and return the merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that your RMA number is only active for 15 days from the date of submission, so don't delay!

We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value when shipping them to us. And to ensure a timely return or exchange, we ask that you safely wrap items to prevent shipping damage. If you believe your order was damaged during transit, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Upon approval, AGM Global Vision refunds customers via the original payment method. For example, if a customer paid via credit card, any necessary refunds will be applied to the customer's credit card.

Note: AGM Global Vision requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including free gift certificates with purchase. For example, if a binocular arrives with a free flashlight included, both items must be returned before processing an exchange or refund. In addition, AGM Global Vision is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods. If a complete return is not received, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to charge an additional $20 to send the package back to the customer.

Any gift certificate issued as a free gift with qualifying purchase is void upon the return of qualifying product. The gift certificate is deemed returned with product return. If a gift certificate has been used at the time of return, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to refuse the return or refund the customer less the amount of the gift certificate issued.

AGM Global Vision offers several items that are restricted for sale in the United States of America by federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations. Such federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations are subject to change. In the event of such change, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to deny any return if it is illegal to ship, use, carry, possess, purchase, own, or sell such restricted product. It is ultimately the Customer's responsibility to investigate and ensure that the item is legal to use, carry, possess, purchase and/or own within the Customer's intended federal, state and/or local area.

AGM Global Vision processes all returns within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.

AGM Global Vision does not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Restocking fees do not apply for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, provided all Return Conditions are met and Return Instructions are followed.

AGM Global Vision reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on returns of opened, used or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions. Please note that AGM Global Vision reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-salable condition. Additionally, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to charge additional fees if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

AGM Global Vision will gladly fulfill an exchange whenever you are not fully satisfied with a purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the returned item is in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested) and does not fall under our Return Policy Exceptions. Please follow the Return and Exchange Instructions to request an RMA and select the appropriate Exchange option in the Return Type section.

Return Policy exception: Standard return policy does not apply to Special Order items, Wholesale Accounts, and High Value Contracts (above $25,000 USD). There are no refunds on Special Order items, Wholesale Accounts, and High Value Contracts. For more details please contact our Customer Service.

Please complete an RMA Request Form for all returns. Upon completion, follow the provided Return instructions and return the merchandise within 15 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.

  • Fill out and submit a RMA Request Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that we are unable to accept a return without a completed RMA Request Form
  • Upon submission of the RMA Request Form, RMA number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
  • Pack the item(s) securely using the original packing material to prevent any damage while in transit.
  • Please make sure you include all promotional materials, accessories, manuals, or other items included with the original shipment.
  • Print out the "Return Summary" form and place inside the box.
  • It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as AGM Global Vision is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit
  • Please note that AGM Global Vision is currently unable to accept COD shipments. To ensure proper delivery, we highly recommend that you choose a carrier that offers delivery notification (e.g., UPS, USPS or FedEx).
