Many of the products manufactured and distributed by AGM Global Vision are controlled by the US International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR) 22 CFR part 120-130 or Export Administration Regulation (EAR) 15 CFR part 730-774. If the specific device is determined to be export-controlled, it may not be exported, transmitted, or provided to any non-US person as defined by the ITAR and EAR without first complying with the export control requirements of the ITAR or EAR. For domestic sales, it is the recipient's responsibility to assure that the item can be legally sold to another party either in or outside of the United States.
