Law Enforcement / Government Sales Representative

AGM Global Vision is looking for a qualified and highly motivated Law Enforcement / Government Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing sales force. AGM is one of the fastest-growing thermal optic and night vision (IIT) companies in the world and is looking for a professionally minded salesperson with industry experience who can grow existing relationships in the Department / LE / Government / Defense markets.

This role is remotely based and requires travel to attend tradeshows, demonstrations, and customer visits, as well as contacting prior and new relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow sales goals for key business partners in both existing and emerging markets. Provide sales support to new and existing accounts (Departments, Agencies, Local/State/Federal level) by understanding the customer’s business, anticipating their future needs, and becoming their primary supplier for our offerings.
  • Identify and pursue tradeshows, demonstrations, and events both domestic and abroad, showcasing the AGM product line to Defense, Law Enforcement, Military, and contract-based sectors.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales in planning travel, strategy, and execution of market coverage.
  • Analyze territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the company.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, discuss terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports. Familiarity with Law Enforcement / Military bid processes and sales cycles is a requirement.
  • Work collectively with the Director of Sales and VP of Sales regarding overall brand strategy and market share growth in existing and new channels, as well as with the Brand Director and Director of Marketing for the collective voice of AGM needs.
  • Manage and find new business opportunities.
  • Oversee account management for current, new, and existing accounts.
  • Establish new business opportunities through network and outreach.
  • Serve as brand ambassador and market specialist by conducting department visits, trainings, and demos.
  • The goal is to grow these existing and new markets. There is opportunity for growth within AGM, including working with additional markets both domestic and international, as well as the scale of potential opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to travel to departments, demos, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.
  • Prior working knowledge of LE department purchases, with experience servicing the LE/Department/Defense markets.
  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Remotely based; strong organizational skills, computer skills, and self-governance are a must.
