AGM 11769 Series 18 mm Gen 3 Image Intensifiers are designed for use in AN/PVS-14 type night vision monoculars and dual-tube night vision binocular systems. Each of these Image Intensifiers features a high-efficiency gallium arsenide photocathode bonded to a glass input window, a Microchannel Plate electron amplifier and a P-45 (white) phosphor screen on an inverting fiberoptic output window. AGM IIT offers high signal-to-noise ratio and high resolution which in turn provide user with extended detection range along with excellent identification in low-light conditions. AGM IITs are equipped with Auto-Gated power supply for top performance in dynamic lighting environments.
AGM 11769 Series 18 mm Gen 3 Image Intensifiers can be used in night vision devices such as the PVS-14, along with a number of other 18 mm inverting-tube systems available on the consumer market. AGM 11769-F2000 IITs are designed to give optimal performance while being in compliance with FOM 2000 export requirements.
